"For further information click here link" does not work for any email notification (4273606)

For further information click here link does not work for any email notification such as Critical, Warning, and Normal. This is happening only on the database rules. For example,  https://<hostname>.netconsole/task/showAlarm?alarmId=/alarms/ccbe0e67-4629-4661-8f3d-d52ee3052baf

This link failed on Internet Browser and Firefox. 

There is backslash missing between net and console on the link.

WORKAROUND

Copy the link to notepad file and add the "/" backslash between net and console, the link will work now on the Internet Browser.

1. Go to Administration | Rules & Notifications | Manage Registry Variables
2. search for CATALYST_URL | Global Default hyperlink
3. click on Change button
4. add a "/" (backslash at the end of the hyperlink without the quotes)
