NetBackup client can't connect to the Exchange Emulation on the Recovery Manager for Exchange Server -
Description
When you run the Emulation on Recovery Manager for Exchange, the Netbackup client can't connect returning the next error:
INF-Status=MS-Exchange Server policy restore error
INF-Status=the restore failed to recover the requested files.

Cause
FQDN of the Recovery Manager Exchange is missing on the Netbackup Master Server and Media Servers -
Resolution
Add the FQDN(servername.domain.local) of the Recovery Manager for Exchange Server in the NetBackup Master server and Media servers to let the backups route the restore to the Recovery Manager for Exchange Server.
