TOAD login screen displays for a second then TOAD is unable to maximize -
Description
When Toad is launched the login screen appears then it disappears in a second. Toad icon then is displayed on the window toolbar but cannot be maximize.

Resolution
1. Close Toad
2. Go to your C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad folder\User Files.
(As for TOAD for Oracle 9.7.2, this is the new location: C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\9.7\User Files)
3. Search for Toad.ini, and rename it to Toadold.ini.
4. Open up Toad and retest the issue.
