Hard reboot causes corruption of certain KSDA pages -
Description
When the KSDA system is hard booted ( power shut off ) instead of being gracfully shutdown or rebooted, some pages on the KSDA become corrupt. This can be the Main (tasks) page, the main Settings page, or others. When this happens the pages affected will look like this:

Cause
The hard power off has caused the smarty template cache to become corrupt. The USF file system is non jounaling and therefore particularly susceptible corruption with an non graceful shutdown. -
Resolution
Open a ticket with support, reference this document so the smarty template cache can be cleared.
