Error: "This TNS entry is a duplicate of another"
Description

When trying to connect in Spotlight on RAC, the user gets the error message: "This TNS entry is a duplicate of another"
Resolution

1) Check the RAC TNS entry in tnsnames.ora for errors / duplicate entries
2) If TNS entry is correct, please delete and re-create the connection profile.
