Attempts to change recovery model of Diagnostic Manager repository database cause service failures.

Cause
By default, the Diagnostic Manager Collection Service attempts to force the repository database to Simple recovery model upon start up.

Resolution
Perform the steps below to override this behavior so that the repository database's recovery model can be changed to Full:
- Open the Services console and stop the Metalogix SharePoint Diagnostic Manager Collection service.
- Open the ..\Program Files (x86)\Metalogix\Diagnostic Manager\CollectionService\CollectionService.exe.config file using any text editor such as Notepad.
- Search for the "EnforceRecoveryModel" string.
- Change its value to "False" to prevent the Collection service from changing the recovery model, then save the file.
- Restart the Metalogix SharePoint Diagnostic Manager Collection Service.
