"Connecting to reporting server: The operation has timed-out."

Resolution
To increase the timeout, please, perform the following:
- Expand Configuration node
- Select InTrust Servers
- Right-click on the target server and choose Properties
- Go to Reporting tab -and click on Configure for General Settings
- Increase Connection timeout parameter
