When trying to add a report to a reporting job after the 12th day of a month the next error occurs
Error 0x00004659: Internal error occurred.
Reason:: 0x80131537: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.
Nevertheless the same reports work fine in Knowledge portal and when they are already added to a reporting job.
There is a conflict between DateTime formats of InTrust and system settings.
On the machine where InTrust Manager console perform the following:
- Go to Control Panel and choose Regional and Language Options
- Press Customize button on Regional Options tab
- Go to Date tab and set Short date format to MM/dd/yyyy (the main point - the month should be on the first place)
- Press Apply button and close the dialogue windows
- Go to Services mmc and restart InTrust server service
