Is there a process that can check if the monitored host or server is down?
Resolution

There is a NetMonitor Agent that will monitor hosts availability.
Refer to the "About the NetMonitor Agent"
Also there is a Disconnected Agent Manager Clients rule that alerts when a FglAm process is down that could give you a clue if a server is not reachable.
