How does QCS handle deletions when matching into existing objects? If the published object is deleted or removed from the publication, will the object that was matched into be deleted?

When QCS has matched into pre-existing accounts to create stub objects, deletion of the published object (or removal from the publication) will not result in deletion of the pre-existing object. QCS will only remove it's custom attribute (10 by default), the ACS: proxyaddress, and what was populated for the targetAddress attribute. Mail sent to this object will no longer be forwarded to the synchronization partner, but any other attributes (description, etc) that were synced by QCS will remain. In particular, the following 3 items should be manually modified and changed back to their original values:
