Directory sync is not working, "You do not have the necessary permissions to use the '37BD3FFD878 (4271669)

Directory synchronization is not working, and the following errors appear in the DSA.log file (c:\program files\quest software\migration manager\dsa\configs\dsa.log)"

You do not have the necessary permissions to use the '37BD3FFD87885D48B4261C304C672E29_NS_S__jobState' object.   Have your system administrator or the person who created this object establish the appropriate permissions for you. (source=DAO.TableDef).

Cache table field: {2BC5D203-478A-4658-BF3A-D93FA4177A56}_jobID not found

The DSA cache database is corrupted.

To resolve this issue, perform the following:

1. Stop the directory synchronization.
2. Browse to "c:\program files\quest software\migration manager\dsa\configs\" on the server where the DSA is installed.
3. Rename or delete the "Cache" folder.
4. In QMM, right-click "Synchronization" and select "Start and re-sync".

Please note: This will force a full re-synchronization.
