How to search for multiple Service Accounts

Problem Description

Via the Service Security module, it may be desired to search for multiple service accounts, but only one account can be added in the “Enter Value” field below. Attempting to add multiple accounts in this field does not work.

Cause

The current functionality of Security Explorer doesn’t allow multiple accounts to be entered in this field. 

Resolution

To add one or more accounts select the “Add Criteria” button shown below for each account. Once all desired accounts have been added click “Start Search”.
