Agent installation fails with the Console reporting the following popup messages:
The specified service does not exist as an installed service.
The requested operation failed.
In the EMWMigration.log, there is an entry of the form:
Error: 0x534 - No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.
Assuming the credentials and password have been entered correctly, the 'Error: 0x534 - No mapping between account names and security IDs was done' suggests a problem with Group Policy. An event log entry of the following form may also be observed:
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: SceCli
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1202
The event description states that "Error 0x534 occurs when a user account in one or more Group Policy objects (GPOs) could not be resolved to a SID. This error is possibly caused by a mistyped or deleted user account referenced in either the User Rights or Restricted Groups branch of a GPO."
The SceCli event 1202 description also provides actions that should resolve this event.
