Services State shows as not running (red) in Infrastructure Quick View of VMware view Infrastructure dashboard.

Cause
Missing or Incorrect configuration setting -
Resolution
VMwareView agent does not include Services monitoring for any of the View Infrastructure Servers (Connection, Security, Transfer) and because of this the Agent Setup wizard creates Windows agents for each of these servers and configures it to only monitor respective services (Connection, Security, Transfer).
For Windows agent to be able to successfully monitor target servers, please verify that either WinRM or DCOM is configured correctly by following the steps provided under Advanced System Configuration section in Agent Manager Guide.
Additionally, verify that settings under Monitored Services in Windows Agent properties are properly set as well.
