Cannot start the Diagnostic Server from services.msc.
Description

The Diagnostic Server is installed but when starting from services.msc, it would shut itself down after a few seconds.
Cause

The credential that resides in the Diagnostic Server is not in the local Administrator Group on the PC where the Diagnostic Server resides.
Resolution

1. Go to Spotlight Diagnostic Server from services.msc
2. Right-click | Properties | Log on
3. Make sure the user credential shown is in the Administrator Group for the PC that the Diagnostic Server resides on
