MAgE Native move agent not working -
Description
Having installed the Migration Agent for Exchange (MAgE) native move agent, and configured it to process one or more collections, it may not appear to be working, and no log file is created. A repair, uninstall and reinstall does not resolve the issue. The following logfiles at C:\Windows\Temp\Quest on the Console host show these operations to be successful:
Install_NativeMove.logRepair.logUninstall_NativeMove.log -
Cause
The agent account may not have rights to login to the project's SQL database. -
Resolution
Ensure that the account used by MAgE has the appropriate permissions to access the project's SQL database.
