Description
While trying to open the Archive Manager Web Site, the following error message is displayed:
We are sorry, there has been an error in Archive Manager. Please contact your administrators and help desk and report this error.

Cause
The Archive Manager Web Site for version 4.0 and 4.0.5 now requires the use of ASP.NET version 2.0.
Previous versions used ASP.NET 1.1.

Resolution
1) Open Internet Information Services (IIS) on the Archive Manager Server
2) Expand Web Sites
3) Right-click the ArchiveManager web site and select Properties
4) Select the ASP.NET tab
5) Change the ASP.NET version to 2.0.xxxxx
6) Click the OK button
7) Go to Start | Run
8) Type iisreset and click the OK button
