Data Filter of the Data Grid missing 'equal' option for varchar datatype.
Description

In the Data Grid, for any table, in Toad 10.6.1, I right-click and selected "Filter Data." If I selected a column with varchar datatype, the filter does not have the 'equal' option.

WORKAROUND: None
