What is a Site ID and how do you get it?
The Site ID is different from a product Site Message. The Site ID is used for registering for SupportLink and Site Message is for registering the product.
If you are a new customer, you will receive a welcome email that will include your SupportLink login name and password after the order has been processed. If you do not receive the welcome email within 48 hours after the order is processed or experience any problems accessing SupportLink, please contact a Support Administrator at supportadmin@quest.com for assistance.
