Description

How to configure the File System Dataloader to import EML files.
Cause

By default, the Export folder will process XML files.
Resolution

Add the following Archive Manager configuration editor setting and value to import EML files from the Export directory on the Archive Manager server.
DataLoad Email Extension | *.eml;*.xml

The value is a semi-colon separated list of extensions to check for in the export directory.

This will allow you to drop eml files into the export directory and have them processed.
Additional Information

Do not exceed around 10,000 files in Export folder as this will have a negative effect on performance due to limitations of the NTFS disk system and Windows.
