The 'Web Browser' button opens up a Toad for Data Analyst web page. That page contains a 'Search Support Knowledge Base.' When click on it, it opens another page asking for a login and password. How do I get that login and password?

Resolution
The web page that the 'Web Browser' opens up is the Toad for Data Analyst Toad World site (http://www.toadworld.com). The 'Search Support Knowledge Base' is the Support Link page (http://support.quest.com). To get the login/password. just click on the 'Register for Support Link' button in blue and follow the instruction.
