Description
Signing into Spotlight Plugin for SQL Server Management Studio gave the error:
"The Spotlight server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."

Cause
Wrong login/password or account doesn't exist can cause the 403 error. -
Resolution
1. A Spotlight Essentials account is needed to use the Spotlight Plugin, please sign up from https://www.spotlightessentials.com/home/signup.
2. If a Spotlight Essentials account exists, go to https://www.spotlightessentials.com and make sure the login/password work there.
