After the license page and the product status page, and after continuing to the next to product selection window, it flashes and the Finish page is displayed. It does this on both the streaming 'Web' version as well as the 'Full' download version. There are no errors displayed and nothing reported as to what is preventing 12.7 from loading.
A)
Manually downloading .NET version 4.5 and THEN doing the Toad for Oracle toad installs stay on the load page. It does the download instead of immediately going to the finish page.
B)
McAfee antivirus program is blocking the installation.
RESOLUTION 1:
Determine that the .NET download page does not have focus and is completed installing. Go back to Toad for Oracle to confirm install completion.
RESOLUTION 2:
Per a user report, Mc Afee was blocking the installation. Contact your company's IT or Security team and ask for assistance or have them allow the installation.
