FTP, How to configure the transfer to be passive mode?
Description

Using the FTP tool with in TDA, how does one configure the passive mode option?
I need to to direct the server into passive mode, where only the client initiates connections because the server is behind a firewall.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Use a third party FTP application like FileZilla.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future version of Toad for Data Analysts.
