From the Object Palette I select a table, right-click and chooses Action Console. From the Action Console, I select Rename Table. Once I rename the table, I get the following access violation.
"Access violation at address 0116ACAF in module 'toad.exe'. Read of address 0000000"
WORKAROUND:
Right-click on a table from the Schema Browser and select 'Rename Table.'
From Toad 9.5 to Toa 9.7 the error is "List index out of bounds (0)." This feature is depreciated in Toad 10.
