1. Response Time in the Spotlight Client refreshes every 15 seconds and values are gathered for playback every 5 minutes. These two values cannot be changed.
2. The Spotlight client and the Statistic Repository collection are two separate collections, independent of each other with their own scheduling, even though they are running the same algorithm. Because two separate and independent events are being clocked, the reporting time between the Spotlight client and the repository will never be the same.
3. Response time data from playback does not get transferred to the static repository. Remember that the collections are independent of each other.
