Are the user number per license key used up after registering Toad with the license key? (4270287)

If my Toad for Oracle license key is for 10 users and I use it to register one user, does it mean that now I only have 9 users left if I uninstalled the Toad I have used the key to registered with?

If you have, let's say, 10 users license key and you use that to register 1 user, by the term of the licensing agreement you can only register 9 remaining users. If you uninstalled Toad from the one user you registered Toad for, you will still have 10 users which you can apply the license key to.
