SQL Agent - Jobs Failed alert without requiring acknowledgement does not clear after the issue is fixed
Description

When a SQL Agent job breaks, Spotlight fires the SQL Agent - Jobs Failed alert; however without acknowledgement required, the alert does not clear after the issue is fixed.
Resolution

WORKAROUND
For the time being acknowledge the alarm by right-clicking and choosing "Acknowledge."
STATUS:
Issue fixed in version 11.6.1. The latest version of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise can be downloaded at: https://support.quest.com/spotlight-on-sql-server-enterprise/download-new-releases
