Data Grid, Only single data sets are displayed in results tab. Five data sets used to be displayed before. (4270113)

I used to get five result sets as like Set 1, Set 2, Set 3 and so on. Now it only shows one. Where are the multiple result set tabs?

RESOLUTION 1

Basically, if you use F5 to run the query, it will only show one result set (Set 1), but it can have two or more queries in it. 
If you use F9, then you can have the multiple result sets (Set 1, Set 2, Set 3, etc.) for each 'run' that you do. 
If you have multiple queries and you only highlight one query statement and use F9, it will only run the highlighted query statement.

RESOLUTION 2

Check the Option setting:
Options> Database|Script result > Number of tabs to display

Confirm that Results Set is set not to one.
Select the maximum number of script result sets to display in the Result Sets tab.
Default: 5
