Journaled Mail not linked to mailboxes

Journaled Mail is not getting linked to a mailbox until the Exchange Store Manager processes the mailbox on it's next pass.  If the mailbox is disabled for store management journaled mail is never linked to the mailbox.

The Linking of Journaled mail is done by the Journal Report Data loader (JR).  The above behavior can be seen if the JR data loader is not activated in the Web Administration Console for Archive Manager.

Log into the Archive Manager Administration Site.

Click "Data Loaders" in the navigation tree

Click the Edit icon next to the JR dataloader

Click the "Active" checkbox

Click "Update"

Open the Services Management Console

Restart the "Archive Manager Data Loader Service"

The JR Data loader service will start to process Journal reports from the time it stopped processing them, or from the beginning if Journal Reports have never been linked to mailboxes.  This can be a time consuming process, and may take a substantial amount of time to complete.
