The file can be used from other FglAM but the following things need to be corrected:
Display name, Unique Id and the upstream server.

This information can be obtained from an old issued FglAM support bundle. Once the changes are performed restart the Agent Manager and make sure the issued Agent Manager is listed in the FMS web console.
