Console hung when running search on messages with Rich Text bodies.
An incompatible Riched20.dll Rich Text driver is used.
WORKAROUND
1. Close the Recovery Manager for Exchange Console (RMEX)
2. Rename C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\OFFICE14\riched20.dll to riched20.bug
3. Copy С:\Windows\SysWOW64\riched20.dll to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\OFFICE14
4. Start RMEX and perform search
5. Restore search results to PST
6. Close RMEX
7. Restory original riched20.dll if necessary
The Riched20.dll file is the source library for Rich Text Editing and displays features in Outlook 2002, notably with Microsoft Word or Microsoft Outlook Rich Text selected as the default e-mail format.
