Generating "ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump" error after Toad timed-out session
Description

A Toad session is timed-out on the database when waiting for more than the allowed IDLE_time resource limit on a particular session.
The above event generates ORA-07445 message and core dump within Toad sessions
Resolution

This generated Oracle error is directly related to the Oracle database and not with Toad. Contact Oracle and generate a Technical Assistance Request (TAR) with Oracle.
