A critical error occurred. Description: '[ Client Error: SOAPCLIENT_PARSEFAULT_ERROR ] [ Status Code: 500 ]'
Offline client is unable to save a message to the PST, because the attachment is missing from the attachment store.
WORKAROUND
1. Verify if the attachment is really missing from the attachment store.
2. Restore the attachment file from the last known good backup
3. Reinitiate the offline client sync.
