The user is unable to use DBO permission to connect to the SQL Server via Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise.
Is there a list for special permission that the user can run manually?
For monitoring a SQL Server instance, Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise requires the SQL Server user to be a member of the sysadmin server role; it automatically grants all the required for monitoring rights. This fact is mentioned in the Deployment Guide for Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise.
