Error: "Interface not supported" when trying to schedule a job in AppDesigner in Windows Vista (4268274)

When trying to create a scheduled job or task with AppDesigner / Automation Designer in Toad using Windows Vista,  an error: "Interface not supported" is returned.

This error does not occur with Windows 2003 - x86

General Vista issue. (32Bit and 64Bit).

STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for Oracle.

It is not a Windows Vista 64-bit issue. Its more like a general Vista problem because Vista 32-bit also returns the same error.

A test on Windows 2003 64-bit gives no problem.

The problem is that Windows 2003, XP, and older OS has Windows Task Scheduler in: Start | Control Panel | Schedule Tasks.

While Vista is: Start | Control Panel | System and Maintenance | Administrative Tools | Task Scheduler.

Toad cannot find it in Vista therefore an error is returned in Toad. Running it manually works without the scheduler.
