It appears that the uploading of data from Spotlight Enterprise to Spotlight Essentials has stopped after enabling the Add Organization feature in Spotlight Essentials.
WHY: Many customers of Spotlight Essentials (SE) have requested more than one user access the same Web Account.
USE CASE: For example two DBAs (DBA1@domain.com and DBA2@domain.com) have their own Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise(SoSEE) setup and are members of the one organization account.
STEPS: Both DBA1 and DBA2 open accounts with SE. Then DBA1 creates an Organizational Account and invites DBA2 to join.
IMPACT: As each user has now joined the organization their previous SE accounts are placed in a kind of limbo. All activities from each of their Diagnostic Server(s) will begin to upload to the NEW organization account. This NEW account is just that, NEW. No uploads, no history no Health Check. The old individual user accounts are still in the system but hidden while user DBA1 and user DBA2 are now members of the organization account.
BENEFIT: After a few hours both users DBA1 and DBA2 can login to the website (using their own logins) to look at Health Check results for all Database(s) monitored by both their SoSSE Diagnostic Server(s). Also the monitoring page will present a combined heat map and alarms. And mobile app will present combined Heat map and alarms.
