How is the Time Displayed for Canned Reports
Description

It has been mentioned that canned (out-of-box) reports display the time as Greenwich Means Time (GMT)/UTC.
The display of Local Time is available for custom reports only.
Cause

Product behaviour.
Resolution

The option to display Local/UTC Time is available in some canned (out-of-box) reports:
Reports that do not have hourly data, such as mailbox reports, do not show this option.
Reports that do have hourly data, such as some Server level reports, provide a radio button labeled Date/Time Display which can be set to either UTC or Local Time.
The actual time instances cannot be observed unless the report is rendered with Detail Level set to Hourly. A good example of this is the Server Activity Summary report.
