Logon delays due to Desktop Authority Launching Outlook through COM call -
Description
Although there is no Outlook client element validating, there is a logon delay because Desktop Authority launches Outlook through COM to finish creating the mail profile. There will also be a message in trace file stating “-Skipping Outlook configuration until outlook has been launched once…”
