Search Exporter not exporting attachments from 3rd party storage locations. -
Description
If Archive Manager is setup with 3rd party storage locations, EMC Centera, Bridgehead HDR, IBM DR550, NetApp SnapLock, or Caringo DX to store your attachments, when using search exporter no attachments are being exported.In the SearchExporter log (C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Archive Manager\Tools\Search Exporter\SearchExporter.wlog you find the following errors.2015-02-06 10:31:00,254 [9] ERROR MailExporter.Exporter - {{0066f86e-59c1-4fb4-bd64-8caf186c6c75}} Failed to get attachment http://am.archive.company.com/DefaultInstance/ViewAttachment.aspx?CheckSum=61e2d5bb-d738-36d5-fdaf-a0d4357964f3.System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. -
Cause
Missing files in the webservice\bin directory. -
Resolution
On the Archive Manager server with the Website installed copy the following files from the Archive Manager install directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Archive Manager".To the Webservice\Bin directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Archive Manager\WebService\bin"FPSDK.dllRemotingHost.exeRemotingHost.exe.configRemotingHost32.exeRemotingHost32.exe.configAfter copying the missing files run Search Exporter again to export you search. -
