We have http turned off (foglight.console.httpsonly = "true"; in foglight.config) but yet when emails are sent via EmailAction within the rules, it references the http address. How do I change this to https since it's the only web service running?

There is a registry value that controls the email tag that needs to be updated to reflect https when sending out emailactions URLs.
Access the following path and make the specified updates from the webconsole via the Dashboard:
Administration | Rules and Notifications | Manage Registry | search for CATALYST_URL | double click CATALYST_URL
Verify if the Global Setting matches "http://foglight-yourfmsserver:8080" and if so, change the http to https then save the changes.
