Full Text Search Service does not start after server restart.

Cause
There is a issue with the Full Text Search Service when it is on the same box as the SQL server. If it starts before SQL, it will not start at all.

Resolution
WORKAROUND
Manually start the service or create a DOS batch script to start the service on boot up.STATUS
Waiting for a fix in a future release of Archive Manager.
