Issue fixed in version 9.3. The latest version of Desktop Authority 9.3 can be downloaded from here.
Desktop Authority 9.3 supports upgrades from Desktop Authority 8.12 and greater.
If you are unable to upgrade to Desktop Authority 9.3 and currently have Desktop Authority version 9.2.0.1239 installed, Contact Support for the DA 9.2.0.1239 Cumulative Hotfix QFE40.
