Filesystem drilldown display by percentage only shows blue instead of blue / orange for used / free space.

The "by percentage" only showing the blue is by design.  It shows the total percentage out of 100%, so there is not much reason to show the orange since it would always just extend out to 100%.  The "by megabyte" setting has the orage part to show you the used space vs free space.  The "by megabyte" shows the more accurate representation of the size of the disks in relation to each other.
