Changing character set in source and destination database.
If down time is available, following is the step:
1. Quite source db
2. On source, issue flush (sp_ctrl> flush o.SID)
3. Make sure all the messages are posted on the target.
4. Shutdown shareplex on Source and Target
5. Run ora_cleansp on both source and target
6. Convert db character set in Source and Target
7. Turn on supplemental logging (if it is not yet turn on)
8. Do few log switch on Source
9. Start the shareplex on Source
10. Activate config
11. Start the Shareplex on Target
