How to use timerange in custom alarm report. (4265914)

1. Go to Navigation Panel | Dashboards | Configuration | Definitions.
2. From the Definitions list, scroll to the bottom and click on the green '+' icon to Add System Module.
3. Create the New Module with the name 'History_Alarms'.
4. Select 'History_Alarms' module to add the following elements.
5. Select Queries. Click the '+' icon to create a new UI Query.
   
6. In the Add Query dialog, on the Create Blank Query tab, select the Return Data Object Type with name as Alarm in Monitoring namespace and click OK.
   
7. Define the UI Query as shown below to be able to apply the Time Range to the createdTime properties.
   
8. After saving, make a note of the Reference Id (this value is generated automatically).
9. Using step 5 screenshot for reference, select Function from the dropdown list and click on the '+' icon to create a new UI Script.
10. In the Add Function dialog, select 'Script' and click OK.
    
11. Define the UI Script as shown below, to invoke the UI Query created in previous step with the Time Range. Make sure to replace the Query name in the script with the Reference Id saved from step 8. See note at the end of this article for script code.
    
12. Create the Alarms Custom Report with Parameterized Input using Data | Alarms | Current Alarms.  
13. Run the Custom Report, input the appropriate Time Range. For AlarmList, select Show Advanced checkbox as shown below.
    
14. Select the function created previously as shown below. 
    
15. Run (or run and schedule) the report.
