reconcile command seems to freeze (4265345)

1. When you issue
   sp_ctrl> reconcile queue Q1 seq 12345
   command prompt will not return and the command seems to freeze.
2. When you issue
   sp_ctrl> reconcile queue Q1 scn 12345
   command prompt will not return and the command seems to freeze .

1. reconcile command delete the messages in the Post queue which the number of Oracle's sequence below 12345(<=12345)
   If there is no message which sequence number above 12345(ex.12346), reconcile will wait the messages which sequence number above 12345.
2. reconcile command delete the messages in the Post queue which the number of Oracle's SCN below 12345(<12345)
   If there is no message which SCN number above 12345(ex.12345), reconcile will wait the messages which SCN number above 12345.

1-1.Confirm Export and Import processes are running and let the message flow which seq number above 12345(ex.12346)

1-2.Try sp_ctrl> reconcile queue Q1 seq 12344(or below ex.12343,12342,12341)

2-1.Confirm Export and Import processes are running and let the message flow which SCN number above 12345(ex.12345)

2.2 Try sp_ctrl> reconcile queue Q1 SCN 12344(or below ex.12343,12342,12341)

Note the difference sequence number from SCN.
