WORKAROUND

On the workstation, Enable/Create the following registry key.

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\AfterMail\Outlook]
"ShowOutlookFormErrors"=dword:00000001

Error Messages, if any should be expected near the email addresses or subject area of the form.
