When attempting to access the Archive Manager Help from the web, the Help does not load and the following error occur:
404 - File or directory not found.
The Help can be launched by go into the Archive Manager installation path and click on the Index.html.
Please remove URL Scan from Archive Manager website in IIS. To do that:
1. Go to IIS Manager and expand Sites.
2. Click on the Archive Manager website.
3. On the right pane, double click on ISAPI Filter.
4. Select the "UrlScan 3.1" and click Remove.
5. Restart the IIS Service.
