Does calendar synchronization in Collaboration Services 3.0 and later synchronize all appointment details or just some?
On Select Calendar Attributes page of Publish Collection Wizard, there is a checkbox "Synchronize appointment details"
By default, it is cleared and in this case Collaboration Services publishes to other synchronization partners only the
time to start and end of the appointment.
Select the Synchronize appointment details check box to allow publication of the following additional parameters for each appointment:
Time zone
Location
Recurrence attributes
Appointment subject
Other appointment properties, such as attachments are not synchronized. This is by design.
Calendar Synchronization is only available in Collaboration Services version 3.0 and later
